1.  Process Description工艺描述

 1）The blender is use on pre-crusher and mixing other's powder

该设备用于钨粉预破碎以及和粉末混合。

2）This process is designed that tungsten is faster pre-crusher after reduction, and better mixed on              other's powder. Meanwhile, it shall reduce the original outside of tungsten, and develop the                  quality of carbon tungsten. The designation is good at reduce the blind corner during blending.                The shelf is designed on fine blending also with the rotor blade. The double water jacket is good              at   rapid cooling. And the big volt is fine for producing a complete batch.

本工艺目的是给还原后的钨粉进行快速预破碎，然后和其它粉进行混合以达到良好

的混合效果。同时，尽可能少的破坏钨粉原始形貌，从而改善*终碳化钨粉的性

能。锥形结构设计尽可能的减少混合死角；高功率犁刀使得粉末得以充分混合；

高转速飞刀有效分散团聚；双层水套设计保证快速冷却；大容量可保持大批次产

品的性能同一性。

3）The customer shall adjust the performance on rapid as the required of self-powder in

order to achieve the best results.

客户需根据自身生产钨粉的性能调整转速，以达到*理想的配碳效果。
