PGD系列抖袋式刮刀下部卸料离心机是在保持了LGZ系列产品的固液分离刮刀卸料等主要功能的基础上，增加了以抖袋方式清除残余滤饼层的功能，去除率可达99%以上。避免了不同批次间产品分离的交叉混批，同时解决了残余滤饼层对过滤速率的影响。主要应用于制药、食品、化工、新能源等行业的固液分离工艺。

抖袋式去除残余滤饼。通过气动抖袋装置的上下往复运动，将刮刀卸料残余的滤饼全部清除，实现完全卸料和滤布再生。特殊设计的转鼓拦液板结构，自锁可靠，滤布更换方便容易。外置式气缸+连杆驱动设计，工作可靠。全封闭式出料斗设计，使物料与传动机件完全隔离。
