一．      参照标准standard：

JB/T 3584-1999 本标准是对 JB 3584-84《超硬磨料堆操作密度测定方法》；ANSI B74.17-1976《金刚石磨粒堆积密度的检验方法》

适用于粒度为 16/20~325/400 的人造金刚石和立方氮化硼的堆积密度测定

This standard applies to the measurement of the bulk density of the synthetic diamond and cubic boron nitride  which in 16/20 ~ 325/400

6. 漏斗锁闭装置:以一个直径为19 mm的橡皮球，用两根弹簧固定在漏斗颈的下端出口处，不允许有颗粒漏下。 漏斗颈下端至测量筒口的距离为61.9 mm±0.1mm。

8.刮板：刮板工作面的棱角应平整，其平直度在每毫米长度内应小于0.1 mm

Scraper: the edge of scraper working surface should be smooth, the flatness shall be less than 0.1 mm per mm.

9.允许偏差：16/20~325/400粒度的试样，三次测定的堆积密度值允许偏差不应大于0.015 g/cm3

Allowed deviation: 16/20~325/400 particle size sample, the allowed deviation of the bulk density values for the three determination should not be greater than 0.015 g/cm3.
