聚酰亚胺树脂是一种具有高模量、高强度、低吸水率、耐水解、耐辐射，优异绝缘性及耐热氧化稳定性的工程塑料，在航空航天、电器绝缘、原子能工业、卫星、核潜艇，在塑料成型和微电子方面有广泛的应用。现有AB混合型一体型聚酰亚胺树脂产品。粘结层断裂拉伸强度可达30MPa，成膜后断裂强度达250MPa。
Polyimide resin is an engineering plastic with high modulus, high strength, low water absorption, resistance to hydrolysis, radiation resistance, excellent insulation and heat resistance and oxidation stability. Existing AB mixed type one - type polyimide resin products. The tensile strength at break of the bond layer can reach 30MPa, and the fracture strength after film formation can reach 250MPa.
